Diana Danielle Clarifies Relationship Timeline, Says Romance Began After Iddah Period
BUKIT JALIL, April 6 — Actress Diana Danielle has clarified that her relationship with a man known as Bern only began after she completed her iddah period, addressing speculation surrounding the timeline.
The 35-year-old said they met last year at an open house event, where a friendship gradually developed before turning into a romantic relationship.
She explained that she had initially chosen not to disclose the relationship to avoid misunderstanding.
No Prior Connection Before Meeting
Diana stressed that there was no acquaintance between them before that point.
“We only met after everything was settled. Before that, we didn’t know each other,” she said at an event held at Kingston Hotel.
She added that they took time to build a friendship before becoming a couple.

The Imaginur actress said she is now more comfortable sharing her relationship publicly.
She noted that her openness reflects a sense of appreciation for her partner and those who support them.
Family Approval Strengthens Relationship
Diana revealed that her mother, Norsiah Ramli, has met Bern and approves of the relationship.
She has also met his family, indicating mutual acceptance on both sides.

Despite the growing seriousness of the relationship, Diana said there are no immediate plans for marriage.
She emphasised the need to take time, particularly in consideration of her personal life and her children.
