OSCAL Unveils AI-Powered Energy Storage Solutions at The smarter E Europe 2026

MUNICH: OSCAL has strengthened its position in the smart energy sector with the introduction of the Power Storage 2000, an AI-powered balcony energy storage system showcased at The smarter E Europe 2026 exhibition in Munich.

The new product represents OSCAL’s first balcony-focused energy storage solution equipped with artificial intelligence capabilities, reflecting the company’s strategy of making residential energy management more intelligent, efficient and accessible.

Drawing on years of experience in energy storage innovation, OSCAL highlighted the Power Storage 2000 as one of its flagship technologies during the event, positioning it as a solution for homeowners seeking greater energy independence and cost optimisation.

The system features a 2,400W input capacity and a three-in-one balcony photovoltaic architecture capable of supporting grid-connected, off-grid and hybrid operating modes.

Its expandable storage capacity ranges from 1.92kWh to 9.6kWh, allowing users to maximise solar energy utilisation, improve backup power availability and adapt the system according to changing household energy requirements.

A key feature of the Power Storage 2000 is its AI Smart Time-of-Use optimisation technology, which automatically manages charging and discharging cycles based on electricity pricing patterns.

This capability enables users to reduce energy costs by storing power during lower-tariff periods and using it when electricity prices are higher.

The system also incorporates real-time monitoring and platform integration functions, providing homeowners with greater visibility and control over energy consumption and storage performance.

Designed for installation in balconies, rooftops and outdoor residential spaces, the Power Storage 2000 comes with an IP65 protection rating, low-noise modular architecture and a 10-year warranty aimed at ensuring long-term reliability.

Ahead of its official launch on July 15, OSCAL has already opened pre-orders through its official online store.

As part of its pre-sale campaign, customers can receive discounts of up to €150, reducing the starting price from €999 to €849.99 for early buyers.

Beyond the Power Storage 2000, OSCAL also presented its broader PowerMax energy storage portfolio, covering applications ranging from portable power stations to comprehensive whole-home backup systems.

The PowerMax1200 offers 1,200W output in a lightweight 10kg design suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Meanwhile, the PowerMax1800SE provides up to 1,024Wh of capacity and 1,800W of output while supporting rapid solar charging and ultra-fast UPS backup functionality.

For larger energy requirements, the PowerMax7200 delivers up to 7,200W of output and expandable storage capacity of up to 25,600Wh through additional battery modules, offering comprehensive backup protection for households.

OSCAL also used the exhibition to preview its broader AI-driven energy ecosystem and provided an early look at the upcoming Power Storage 3000, which is expected to launch in September with enhanced performance and next-generation AI capabilities.

The company said it remains committed to advancing smart home energy technologies as demand continues to grow for sustainable, efficient and intelligent energy solutions worldwide.

Its participation at The smarter E Europe 2026 highlights OSCAL’s ambition to expand its global footprint while accelerating the adoption of advanced energy storage technologies for residential users.
