Noma Security joins AWS Security Hub Extended, strengthening AI cybersecurity for enterprise cloud users
NEW YORK, Feb 27 — Noma Security has expanded its artificial intelligence cybersecurity reach by integrating its AI protection platform into the Extended plan of AWS Security Hub, providing Amazon Web Services customers with enhanced tools to safeguard their AI systems.
The integration enables organisations to secure AI applications operating across AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, as well as third-party platforms and internally deployed AI agents. This allows businesses to maintain stronger control over their AI environments as reliance on artificial intelligence continues to grow.
Noma’s platform delivers comprehensive protection by offering continuous monitoring of AI assets, evaluating security posture, conducting automated threat simulations, and providing real-time defence against cyber risks. These capabilities enable organisations to identify and respond to vulnerabilities before they escalate into major security incidents.
The AWS Security Hub Extended plan is designed to simplify enterprise cybersecurity by combining AWS’s own security tools with specialised partner solutions. It allows customers to manage security through a unified system, supported by a single contract, consolidated billing, and integrated technical assistance.
Noma Security CEO and co-founder Niv Braun said the integration gives customers greater visibility into their AI infrastructure and enables them to strengthen their defences more effectively.
He explained that organisations can now discover all AI assets within their systems, proactively assess potential risks, and activate real-time protection directly through the AWS Security Hub interface. This ensures faster response times and improved security management.
Braun also highlighted that AWS’s decision to include a dedicated AI security category demonstrates the growing importance of specialised cybersecurity solutions designed specifically for artificial intelligence.
The Extended plan enhances enterprise security by implementing layered protection, covering areas such as threat detection, identity management, and operational monitoring. This integrated approach helps organisations build stronger and more resilient cybersecurity frameworks.
Scott Roberts, Chief Information Security Officer at UiPath, said Noma Security’s platform has helped his organisation strengthen its AI protection strategy. He noted that the company’s expertise and guidance played a key role in addressing AI-related security challenges.
The Extended plan is now available across all AWS commercial regions, allowing customers to activate Noma’s security platform directly within their existing cloud environments.
The announcement comes as artificial intelligence adoption accelerates globally, increasing the need for specialised security measures to protect sensitive systems and data. Businesses are increasingly recognising the importance of securing AI as part of their broader cybersecurity strategy.
Noma Security is expected to showcase the integration at RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco, where industry leaders will present new technologies and discuss emerging cybersecurity trends.
The integration represents a significant step forward in protecting AI systems and reflects the growing demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions in today’s digital economy.
