Spenn, Norwegian Reward and Strawberry Launch Unified Loyalty Ecosystem on GRAVTY®
LONDON: Loyalty technology provider Loyalty Juggernaut has announced the successful deployment of its GRAVTY® platform for Spenn, Norwegian Reward and Strawberry, creating one of the most ambitious multi-brand loyalty ecosystems in the Nordic region.
The implementation, unveiled during the Loyalty Summit EMEA, establishes a shared rewards infrastructure connecting millions of members across travel, hospitality, retail and other consumer-focused sectors.
The initiative is led by Spenn in collaboration with Norwegian Reward and Strawberry Hotels, aiming to simplify how customers earn and redeem loyalty points across multiple brands and services.
Unlike traditional loyalty programmes that operate independently, the new ecosystem enables members to use rewards more seamlessly across participating partners while enjoying a more personalised customer experience.
Christoffer Sundby said the company’s vision is to redefine loyalty by making rewards more relevant, flexible and accessible in everyday life.
He noted that the adoption of GRAVTY® provides a scalable technology foundation capable of supporting rapid innovation and long-term ecosystem growth.
For Norwegian, Cecilie Nybø Carlsen said the new platform represents a significant step toward modernising its loyalty programme and strengthening engagement with customers.
She added that the upgraded system will allow the airline to introduce more benefits and create stronger connections between travel-related rewards and everyday spending.
Meanwhile, Håvard Hovdahl said the collaboration will help Strawberry deliver more personalised, flexible and rewarding experiences for hotel guests across the Nordic market.
The GRAVTY® platform supports real-time transactions, cross-brand interoperability, partner-led innovation and advanced customer engagement capabilities.
According to Kristian Kolstad, the platform’s scalability and architectural flexibility were critical factors in supporting the complexity of a rapidly expanding loyalty ecosystem.
The technology is designed to handle high transaction volumes while enabling new partners to join the network efficiently.
Shyam Shah described the project as a strong example of how modern loyalty platforms are evolving beyond traditional points programmes.
He said future loyalty strategies will increasingly focus on ecosystem integration, intelligent customer engagement and value creation across multiple industries, allowing brands to build deeper and more meaningful relationships with consumers.
