Robinson Pharma Expands Technology Investment to Support Plant-Based Supplement Demand

Robinson Pharma is expanding its manufacturing capabilities through new technology investments and facility upgrades aimed at meeting rising global demand for vegetarian and plant-based supplements.

The Santa Ana, California-based nutraceutical manufacturer said its latest operational expansion is focused heavily on vegetarian softgel production, a segment that continues to gain momentum among consumers worldwide.

According to Robinson Pharma, the company currently operates nine cGMP-certified manufacturing facilities with a combined production space exceeding one million square feet.

The expansion aligns with broader growth trends in the global supplement industry, where increasing attention is being placed on plant-based health products and vegan-friendly alternatives.

The company’s flagship facility currently spans 138,000 square feet and is equipped with 36 softgel encapsulation machines, including 15 dedicated specifically to vegetarian softgel production.

Its continued investment in the technology is intended to ensure vegetarian supplement products maintain the consistency and quality standards required within the modern nutraceutical industry.

In addition, the company’s newest Santa Ana facility, covering 183,000 square feet, will house 20 high-capacity production lines.

Robinson Pharma said the facility was designed to further strengthen its vegetarian softgel manufacturing capabilities while helping clients respond to increasing international market demand.

The company also stressed that the rapidly evolving supplement market requires continuous investment in modern technologies and large-scale manufacturing infrastructure.

According to the company, the opening of the new facility reflects its strategic approach in supporting the growth of plant-based supplement products while maintaining reliable and scalable production capacity.

The expansion of advanced machinery and manufacturing infrastructure is also expected to reinforce Robinson Pharma’s position as one of the leading nutraceutical manufacturers in the global market.
