Pilgrims Commend Andalusia’s Service, Spiritual Guidance and Dedicated Support During Hajj
SEPANG: Dedicated assistance from staff and comprehensive religious guidance throughout the pilgrimage have earned Andalusia Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. high praise from Malaysian pilgrims returning from this year’s hajj season.
One of the pilgrims, Noorwian Abdul Ghani, 51, said she and her husband completed their 45-day pilgrimage with confidence and peace of mind thanks to the agency’s well-organised operations and attentive support throughout their stay in the Holy Land.
The Shah Alam-based senior manager said Andalusia’s personnel consistently demonstrated professionalism despite the demanding schedule faced during the pilgrimage season.
According to her, staff members were always available to assist pilgrims whenever needed, allowing them to concentrate fully on performing their religious obligations.
Speaking upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1, Noorwian said the agency’s efficient management helped minimise concerns and ensured pilgrims felt well cared for from beginning to end.
She was among 118 pilgrims and two Andalusia staff members who arrived on flight KT079B from Madinah, the final group organised by the agency for this year’s hajj season.
Beyond logistical arrangements, Noorwian highlighted the educational value of Andalusia’s religious programmes, particularly guided visits to significant Islamic historical sites.
She said detailed briefings delivered before arriving at locations such as the Battle of Badr and Uhud enabled pilgrims to better understand the historical context and spiritual significance of those events.
Another returning pilgrim, Meor Syazali Mohamed Sapawi, said the agency’s experienced mutawwifs and early preparation sessions made it easier for pilgrims to perform every stage of the pilgrimage correctly and confidently.
He also praised the accommodation arrangements, noting that the strategically located tents in Mina significantly improved comfort and reduced travel difficulties during the busiest period of the pilgrimage.
According to him, Andalusia successfully combined efficient logistics, structured religious education and committed customer care, creating a more meaningful and well-managed hajj experience for its pilgrims.
