Fibocom Highlights AIoT Innovation and Smart Connectivity Technologies at ElectroneX 2026
SYDNEY, June 5 — Global wireless communications technology provider Fibocom Wireless Inc. showcased a wide range of next-generation AIoT innovations at ElectroneX 2026, demonstrating how advanced connectivity solutions can accelerate the deployment of intelligent devices across multiple industries.
Participating under the theme “Intelligent Connectivity for a Smarter World,” the company focused on technologies designed to support digital transformation efforts throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Fibocom’s exhibition featured wireless communication solutions tailored for smart payment systems, utility management, asset tracking, logistics operations and industrial Internet of Things applications.
As demand for connected devices continues to grow, the company emphasised the importance of reliable communications infrastructure capable of supporting long-term operations and large-scale deployments.
To address these requirements, Fibocom showcased a portfolio of communication modules built on LPWA, LTE Cat.1 bis and 5G RedCap technologies.
These solutions are designed to provide dependable connectivity, efficient power consumption and simplified remote device management across a wide range of deployment environments.
A key highlight was the introduction of the MGB390 dual-band GNSS positioning module.
The device supports six major satellite navigation systems and features 180-channel tracking capability, enabling more precise and reliable location services.
Enhanced by Assisted GNSS technology, the module delivers faster positioning performance and improved signal stability even in challenging environments such as dense urban areas and weak-signal locations.
Fibocom noted that the technology is particularly suitable for logistics networks, fleet management systems, security applications and asset-tracking solutions where accurate positioning is essential.
Flexible Connectivity Solutions For Modern Users
Beyond IoT modules, the company also introduced several wireless networking products aimed at supporting modern mobile connectivity requirements.
Among them were a new-generation 5G Dongle and a 5G RedCap MiFi device designed for mobile offices, field operations and temporary networking scenarios.
The products allow users to access high-speed internet services without relying entirely on fixed broadband infrastructure.
Fibocom also displayed its Fixed Wireless Access portfolio, including customer premises equipment and outdoor deployment units intended to accelerate broadband expansion for residential and commercial customers.
The company believes FWA technologies will continue to gain momentum as operators seek faster and more cost-efficient alternatives to conventional wired infrastructure.
Demonstrating Practical AIoT Applications
To demonstrate the practical value of AIoT technologies, Fibocom showcased several intelligent products that integrate artificial intelligence, wireless communications and precision positioning systems.
One of the featured demonstrations was a robotic lawn mower platform that combines computer vision, RTK positioning and SLAM technologies for autonomous navigation and route planning.
The solution enables robotic devices to understand their surroundings, optimise movement paths and operate with minimal human intervention.
According to Fibocom, such technologies can help manufacturers shorten development timelines and accelerate commercial deployment.
Visitors also explored Fuzozo, an AI-powered companion toy designed to deliver more interactive and engaging user experiences.
Additional products included smart pet trackers and outdoor security devices that utilise real-time communications and high-precision location services.
Together, these innovations illustrate the growing role of AIoT technologies across both consumer and industrial markets.
Strengthening The Global AIoT Ecosystem
Looking ahead, Fibocom believes the convergence of artificial intelligence and advanced wireless connectivity will play a central role in shaping future digital ecosystems.
The company plans to continue working closely with global partners to accelerate innovation and support the development of next-generation AIoT solutions.
By combining intelligent connectivity, advanced positioning technologies and AI-powered applications, Fibocom aims to contribute to the creation of smarter industries, connected communities and more efficient digital infrastructures worldwide.
