Fox ESS Expands Renewable Energy Portfolio with AI Innovations at The Smarter E Europe 2026
MUNICH: Fox ESS strengthened its position in the global renewable energy industry by unveiling an expanded portfolio of intelligent energy storage technologies at The Smarter E Europe 2026, where the company combined product innovation with an AI-powered exhibition concept to deliver a more engaging visitor experience.
The event also marked the European introduction of Fox ESS’s refreshed corporate branding, highlighted by a dedicated experience zone centred around its mascot, Maimai. Rather than relying solely on conventional product displays, the company focused on creating an interactive environment that encouraged visitors to explore its technologies through digital engagement.
Throughout the three-day exhibition, Fox ESS signed close to 30 partnership agreements with business collaborators, reflecting sustained confidence in the company’s renewable energy technologies and supporting its continued expansion across European markets.
Artificial intelligence played a central role throughout the exhibition booth. Visitors experienced dynamic lighting systems that automatically adapted to crowd movement and occupancy, while holographic presentations explained product features through immersive visual demonstrations.
FoxCloud 2.0 also featured prominently, showcasing the company’s intelligent cloud-based platform capable of monitoring, analysing and optimising complete energy systems from a single interface.
Adding to the interactive experience was an AI-powered version of the company’s mascot, Maimai, which engaged directly with visitors and demonstrated Fox ESS’s broader vision of integrating artificial intelligence into customer experiences.
For commercial and industrial applications, Fox ESS introduced the G-Max Plus integrated energy storage solution, combining battery storage and a smart hybrid inverter within a unified architecture designed to simplify deployment while improving operational efficiency.
The system incorporates advanced battery management technology that enhances battery longevity and sophisticated thermal management capable of maintaining stable performance under demanding operating conditions.
Supporting photovoltaic systems, utility grids, generators and emergency backup power, the G-Max Plus can switch between energy sources in under 10 milliseconds. Intelligent Peak Shaving and Load Shedding capabilities further optimise energy consumption while operational data is transmitted seamlessly to FoxCloud through Ethernet or 4G networks.
The company also presented the Power Beast solution, pairing its H3 Plus hybrid inverter with the CQ7 battery system to provide more than six hours of backup electricity, fully unbalanced three-phase output and a colour LCD interface for simplified monitoring and configuration.
For homeowners, Fox ESS showcased the PQ3-H3-Ultra modular storage platform, designed for rapid installation and complete household backup capability. The system features a 63A bypass, three MPPT channels, intelligent AFCI protection, IP66 weather resistance and comprehensive surge protection while supporting smartphone and web-based monitoring.
Independent testing by HTW Berlin and AQUU Research awarded the system a System Performance Index of 97 per cent, placing it at the top of its performance rankings.
Fox ESS also expanded its electric mobility offering by presenting the A Lite Series EV charger, equipped with solar integration, dynamic load balancing and compatibility with both OCPP and MODBUS communication standards.
Completing the company’s residential portfolio was the AVO28 Avocado, a compact all-in-one micro energy storage system integrating a hybrid inverter, lithium iron phosphate battery and energy management system into a single installation-ready unit.
Fox ESS Chief Commercial Officer Lyren Liu said the company remains committed to accelerating global clean energy adoption by developing technologies that deliver greater resilience, efficiency and long-term sustainability.
He added that Fox ESS aims to help businesses and households maximise renewable energy utilisation while supporting future technological advancement through intelligent and reliable energy solutions.
