HOTWORX Unveils AI-Powered TrainingTRAX to Transform Personal Fitness Experience

NEW ORLEANS: Fitness franchise HOTWORX has launched a new artificial intelligence-driven training system aimed at redefining how members approach workouts, as the company continues its rapid global expansion.

The new platform, known as TrainingTRAX, is integrated into the HOTWORX Burn Off App and designed exclusively for its Sweat Elite members. It introduces a personalised, data-driven approach to training by combining goal-setting, real-time tracking and adaptive coaching into a single ecosystem.

AI-driven personalisation at the core

TrainingTRAX is built to eliminate uncertainty in fitness routines by offering structured, customised workout plans based on each user’s goals, schedule and performance metrics. Members begin by selecting key objectives, which are then translated into a tailored 90-day training plan aligned with the company’s signature programme.

A standout feature is “Body Vision”, which allows users to generate a personalised avatar using a selfie and basic body data. This visual representation enables members to track their progress and stay motivated by comparing their current condition with projected results.

The system also includes an AI coach that evolves with each user’s activity, analysing workout patterns and providing ongoing guidance. Through an integrated chat feature, users can receive real-time recommendations and motivation, enhancing engagement and accountability throughout their fitness journey.

Integration with HOTWORX training method

The platform is fully integrated with the HOTWORX 3D Training Method, which combines infrared heat, exercise and energy-based workouts. This includes a mix of isometric sessions, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and resistance-based exercises conducted in specialised sauna environments.

By aligning TrainingTRAX with this method, the company aims to deliver a consistent and efficient training experience that maximises results while maintaining simplicity for users.

The launch follows the earlier introduction of DietTRAX, which focuses on meal planning and dietary tracking using voice and image recognition technology.

Founder and chief executive Stephen P. Smith said the new system represents a natural evolution of the brand’s digital ecosystem.

“Our goal was to create a training solution that is intelligent, intuitive and fully integrated. TrainingTRAX transforms the app into a complete fitness platform where planning, coaching and tracking work seamlessly together,” he said.

Supporting rapid global expansion

The introduction of TrainingTRAX comes amid strong growth for HOTWORX, which has expanded its footprint significantly in recent years.

The brand has surpassed 800 operational studios worldwide and aims to reach 1,000 locations by the end of 2026. Its expansion includes new markets such as Canada and the Middle East, alongside franchise agreements in Mexico and Quebec.

Industry recognition has also followed, with HOTWORX ranked among the top performers in Entrepreneur’s 2026 Franchise listings, including being named among the fastest-growing franchise brands.

The company said its continued investment in technology is intended to enhance both member experience and franchise operations, ensuring that growth is supported by innovation.

As competition intensifies in the global fitness industry, HOTWORX is positioning itself at the intersection of digital technology and physical training, leveraging AI to deliver more personalised and measurable fitness outcomes.
