Coreline Soft and INFINITT deploy true Zero-Click AI radiology infrastructure across U.S. practices
PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. / SEOUL, Feb 14, 2026 – Coreline Soft and INFINITT North America have introduced a fully embedded “Zero-Click” AI radiology workflow now live across U.S. radiology practices, marking a significant step forward in clinical AI infrastructure integration.
The initiative reflects a broader industry shift from standalone AI tools toward deeply integrated operational systems. By embedding Coreline’s AVIEW platform directly into the INFINITT PACS environment, radiologists can access AI-generated insights seamlessly within their existing workflow, eliminating additional logins, manual uploads or interface transitions.
The Zero-Click model ensures AI operates entirely in the background, supporting clinical decision-making without disrupting established routines. This seamless integration is designed to enhance efficiency while preserving user familiarity.
Clay Hinrichs, President of ImageCare Radiology and the first U.S. adopter, reported that AVIEW has become essential for thoracic CT interpretation and coronary artery calcium scoring. Deployment across the network was completed within one month, delivering immediate gains in reading speed and diagnostic accuracy.
The embedded solution automates CAC scoring, improves lung nodule detection sensitivity and accelerates case turnaround time. For high-volume radiology groups processing more than 6,000 studies per quarter, the operational benefits extend beyond clinical efficiency, contributing to measurable revenue growth through optimized follow-up imaging.
To support broader adoption, Coreline Soft launched the INFINITT Integration Suite, a purpose-built package for INFINITT users that enables rapid AI module deployment, CPT-based reimbursement alignment and fully automated operation.
At STR 2026, the company will present its thoracic AI portfolio, including AVIEW LCS positioned as a First Reader for lung cancer screening. Additional modules such as AVIEW Lung Texture and AVIEW COPD highlight Opportunistic Screening capabilities, allowing simultaneous assessment of lung cancer, COPD and cardiovascular risk from a single low-dose CT scan.
This deployment underscores a fundamental transformation in medical AI, where competitive differentiation lies not only in algorithm performance but in seamless workflow integration that enhances clinical efficiency, diagnostic accuracy and financial sustainability.
