Crossware Accelerates European Expansion Ahead of GITEX AI Europe with Strong Licensing Growth

BERLIN: Email signature management provider Crossware is strengthening its presence across the European Union (EU) as the company prepares to showcase its enterprise communication solutions at GITEX AI Europe, supported by continued growth in customers, licensing revenue and strategic partnerships.

The company said its European expansion has gained significant momentum, with software licensing across its core EU markets projected to increase by nearly 35 per cent during 2026 through its partner-driven business strategy.

The latest forecast builds on several consecutive years of sustained growth, reinforcing Crossware’s position as one of Europe’s leading providers of centralised email signature management solutions.

Crossware will participate in GITEX AI Europe in Berlin from June 30 to July 1 as part of its strategy to strengthen relationships with existing partners while introducing its technology to prospective enterprise customers across the region.

Managing Director Troy Adams said the company has experienced uninterrupted licensing revenue growth since 2023 as organisations increasingly adopt secure and compliant email management platforms.

According to him, licensing revenue expanded by 18 per cent during the 2023-2024 financial year, followed by 20 per cent growth in 2024-2025 before accelerating to 24 per cent over the past 12 months.

He attributed the sustained momentum to several major enterprise deployments, including a large-scale implementation for one of Europe’s biggest luxury goods groups, alongside continued expansion through the company’s extensive network of regional partners.

Crossware now supports more than 1.5 million users every day across global markets, reflecting the growing adoption of its enterprise email management technology.

Its platform processes more than one billion business emails annually across 80 countries, giving the company an estimated 10 per cent share of the global email market.

The software integrates seamlessly with major enterprise productivity platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, HCL Domino and Google Workspace, enabling organisations to centrally manage email signatures for thousands of employees.

Beyond maintaining consistent corporate branding, the platform helps businesses comply with regulatory requirements while transforming email signatures into an effective communication and marketing channel.

Adams said organisations across Europe increasingly prioritise security, regulatory compliance and operational reliability when selecting enterprise communication platforms, areas in which Crossware continues to invest heavily.

He added that GITEX AI Europe provides an important opportunity to deepen relationships with existing customers while expanding collaboration with technology partners throughout the European market.

With demand for secure digital communication solutions continuing to rise, Crossware expects its expanding European footprint to further strengthen its global market position as organisations place greater emphasis on compliance, brand governance and centralised email management.
