Dining Under the Sky: Khairy and Tya front Dancing Fish’s Ramadan campaign
PETALING JAYA: Politician and radio presenter Khairy Jamaluddin has been appointed as the Ramadan campaign ambassador for Dancing Fish.
The Malay-Indonesian restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide Kuala Lumpur, made the selection in line with its Ramadan concept this year, which highlights an exclusive open-air breaking-fast experience.
Khairy said Dancing Fish is widely recognised for its quality, consistency, and strong cultural identity, which has earned the trust of its customers.
“They built their reputation by maintaining high standards and quality. That is essential in preserving customer confidence, especially in buffet experiences like this,” he said.
Actress and entrepreneur Tya Ariffin was also named as the face of the campaign.
Tya said the concept offers a refreshing way to break fast and reflects her desire to celebrate Ramadan in a warm, family-oriented setting.
“Breaking fast is a time to gather and share. The Skydeck atmosphere makes it more meaningful, calm, and unique,” she said.
Owner Joshua Teoh said their selection reflects the Santapan di Bawah Langit concept, designed to provide a more exclusive and comfortable buffet experience without compromising food quality.
The buffet runs from Feb 19 to March 19, 2026, priced at RM188 per person.
