Argentum AI Leads Multi-Billion-Dollar Push to Expand Europe’s AI Infrastructure Capacity
CHICAGO/WARSAW: Argentum AI has unveiled a major European expansion initiative after signing a US$2.5 billion agreement with Boosteroid and DL Invest Group to build a 300MW AI-focused data centre ecosystem.
The large-scale project is expected to become one of the most significant independent AI infrastructure developments in Europe, supporting the rapid rise in global demand for artificial intelligence computing resources.
The collaboration will focus on deploying hyperscale GPU infrastructure capable of handling advanced AI workloads, enterprise applications, large language model training and next-generation inference operations.
According to Argentum AI, the platform is being designed specifically for high-performance AI operations and is expected to support tens of thousands of advanced GPU systems, including future deployment of NVIDIA GB300 technology.
Chief executive officer Andrew Sobko said the global technology industry is entering a new phase where AI infrastructure capability is becoming increasingly critical for economic growth and digital transformation.
He noted that organisations worldwide are aggressively expanding AI adoption, creating unprecedented demand for reliable and scalable computing infrastructure.
“The future of artificial intelligence depends not only on software innovation, but also on the infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale AI deployment,” he said.
Sobko added that the agreement further strengthens Argentum AI’s strategy of building independent AI infrastructure platforms capable of supporting enterprise and AI-native customers globally.
Meanwhile, chief executive officer of Boosteroid, Ivan Shvaichenko, said companies that can rapidly provide high-capacity AI compute services will gain a major competitive advantage in the evolving digital economy.
The planned facility will feature advanced thermal cooling systems, high-density colocation architecture, enterprise-grade connectivity and redundant energy infrastructure specifically tailored for AI-intensive workloads.
Boosteroid currently operates GPU infrastructure across 29 data centres in Europe, North America and South America, giving the company substantial operational experience in managing large-scale computing environments.
At the same time, Argentum AI confirmed ongoing discussions with major United States financial institutions and international investment banks to secure additional funding for future hyperscale AI deployment projects worldwide.
Founder and chief executive of DL Invest Group, Dominik Leszczyński, said the partnership reflects Europe’s growing ambition to strengthen independent digital and AI infrastructure capabilities.
He said the company aims to position itself among the leading developers driving AI and digital infrastructure transformation across Central and Eastern Europe.
