Infinix Strengthens Premium Smartphone Push with NOTE 60 Series Expansion in Saudi Arabia

SHENZHEN: Infinix has reinforced its ambitions in the premium smartphone segment with the introduction of the NOTE 60 Series in Saudi Arabia, positioning its latest flagship devices as a combination of advanced technology, award-winning design and enhanced user experiences tailored for the evolving Middle East market.

The launch marks another milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy, with the NOTE 60 Ultra taking centre stage as Infinix’s most advanced smartphone to date. The device recently drew attention during a visit by H.R.H. Prince Sultan Bin Mansour Al Saud, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Arabia’s First Travel Group, to TRANSSION’s global headquarters in Shenzhen.

During the visit, Prince Sultan explored the NOTE 60 Ultra firsthand and commended the smartphone for its distinctive styling, premium craftsmanship and flagship-level capabilities. His visit reflected growing regional interest in next-generation mobile technologies as Saudi Arabia continues accelerating digital transformation under Vision 2030.

Originally introduced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, the NOTE 60 Ultra represents Infinix’s most significant move into the premium smartphone category. Developed in collaboration with renowned Italian design house Pininfarina, the handset adopts styling inspired by high-performance sports cars while combining luxury aesthetics with advanced engineering.

Beyond its exterior design, the flagship device incorporates a 200-megapixel ultra-high-resolution camera system, immersive JBL-engineered audio and integrated satellite communication technology supporting two-way messaging and voice calls beyond conventional cellular coverage. The satellite capability is designed to provide connectivity in remote locations and emergency situations where terrestrial mobile networks may be unavailable.

The NOTE 60 Ultra has also received multiple international design accolades, including the Red Dot Award 2026, iF Design Award 2026 and Golden A’Design Award 2026, reflecting industry recognition for its industrial design and product innovation.

Complementing the flagship model is the NOTE 60 Pro, which extends premium smartphone features to a wider consumer audience. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 5G processor, the smartphone introduces faster performance while incorporating the company’s Active Matrix Display technology, allowing interactive notifications and intelligent display functions without compromising battery efficiency.

The NOTE 60 Pro also features a 144Hz 1.5K Ultra HDR display alongside JBL-tuned stereo audio, delivering an enhanced multimedia experience for entertainment, gaming and everyday productivity. The model has additionally received the MUSE Design Awards 2026 Platinum recognition.

Infinix said the NOTE 60 Series builds on its growing presence within Saudi Arabia, where the company has continued strengthening its market position. According to the company, its Share of Voice (SOV) in the Kingdom increased by 25 per cent year-on-year during 2025, supported by expanded digital engagement across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

The brand has also intensified consumer engagement through community activities, including FIFA World Cup 2026-themed fan events organised across Saudi Arabia. The initiatives formed part of broader efforts to strengthen brand awareness while connecting with local consumers through sports, entertainment and technology.

Looking ahead, Infinix said it will continue investing in product innovation, artificial intelligence-driven mobile experiences and local market development to support Saudi Arabia’s digital ambitions. As the company expands its premium portfolio, the NOTE 60 Series is expected to play a central role in strengthening Infinix’s competitiveness within the global flagship smartphone market.
