According to Shoplazza, the system helps accelerate content production while maintaining consistent brand identity across multiple marketing channels.

The company further showcased AdValet, an AI advertising agent capable of automatically generating and managing digital marketing campaigns based on storefront and product data.

The technology handles audience targeting, creative development, campaign monitoring and optimisation with minimal manual involvement.

For backend management, Shoplazza introduced Athena, an AI-powered operational system developed to support analytics, product management, workflow coordination and business optimisation through conversational AI interactions.

During a special presentation session, Shoplazza Group Chief Revenue Officer Adam Mawdesley shared how AI agents are now capable of coordinating entire digital commerce processes within a unified operating system.

The event also highlighted Shoplazza’s collaboration with Subotiz involving digital payment systems, subscription management and compliance support for modern businesses.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shoplazza, Jeff Li, said modern commerce increasingly depends on intelligent AI systems capable of automating critical business tasks.

According to him, businesses today require more than standard software tools, as they now need intelligent operating systems capable of supporting faster and more efficient global expansion.
