Seven Cars Damaged by Fallen Tree

SUBANG JAYA: Seven cars in a parking area in Taman Kinrara here were damaged by a fallen tree following heavy rain and a storm on Monday afternoon.

Assistant Director of Operations for the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM), Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, stated that they received an emergency call regarding the incident at 4:24 PM.

“A total of nine personnel and officers from the Puchong Fire and Rescue Station, along with a fire engine, rushed to the scene, which was eight kilometers away,” he said in a statement on Monday.

Ahmad Mukhlis reported that the Operations Commander noted a tree had fallen on seven cars.

“Efforts to remove the tree are ongoing, and no casualties were involved in the incident,” he said.
