Madonna reveals coma for 48 hours after fall, claims saved by angels

Celebrity icon Madonna shared her experience of an incident where she fell ill, leading to a coma for two days or 48 hours, surprising her fans worldwide. Madonna was previously reported to have been infected with bacteria, necessitating her rushed to the hospital last June. According to the singer, she actually fell into a coma for 48 hours after collapsing in the bathroom but has no recollection of what happened.

“I cannot remember what happened, but a woman saved me. I fell in the bathroom and woke up while in the intensive care unit (ICU). “I was in a coma for 48 hours and only heard someone asking me to squeeze their hand,” Madonna revealed, as reported by the Daily Mail.

What she knows is that her lungs were damaged, and she experienced kidney failure throughout her time in the ICU. “I cannot remember about five days that happened in my life. I don’t know if I was still alive or had died; I really don’t know.

“What I do know is that angels watched over me. My children were also there and saved me,” she added. Now, the health of the 65-year-old star has improved, and she has returned to actively entertaining her fans.
